Some random thoughts....

Without any further dilution Magnolia in operation gives us a SP of about $8
Let's assume we have to dilute by 100% to get through the next 2 years (unlikely) still give us a SP of about $4 with Magnolia in operation.

That's still a 13x upside to todays SP.

And that doesn't factor in our technology value or Bear Head.

I'm as pissed as the next shareholder in the current performance, the macro excuses and the resulting SP debacle, but the doomsday predictions are a little premature.
