Just for clarification, I infered that if a T/O offer came in at half HHalls ultimate target but in less time, then I would seriously consider accepting it .
I mean $14 is a fairly attractive premium to current and recent prices, but if a dividend were announced then holding for $30 plus is going to be a much more appealing hold .
