Good news here, particularly the line " The Company’s contribution to the settlement and the costs of completing the matter will not be material and will have no impact on the Shine Group’s earnings,cash position or balance sheet. "

So much for the $250m claims made in the media and by Quinn Emmanuel, not that anyone took them seriously in the first place. Likely a small settlement paid almost entirely out of directors liability insurance. Not the Ethicon settlement I was hoping for but good to remove the downside risk the litigation presented.
