I get you sort of.
The way it reads to me is that the POSCO jv is done and ' what they are evaluating ' is a PLS venture in ' its own right' which is something completely different.
i just havent seen it before on their website before ( must have missed it)
My understanding was that they were looking to sell part of the business ( upto 49%) so that they can make decisions about what they are going to do with regads to Jv with POSCO . I just wasnt aware of this ' second facility'
so what do think is happening as far as you understand it?
