gazza - I think it is also useful to understand that Orocobre already delivers a product from its Olaroz processing plant that is more than 99% pure lithium carbonate whereas the WA hard rock miners dig up dirt that has very low concentrations of lithium in it. At the moment that dirt gets shipped off to China where it is processed to produced high grade lithium.

In that sense Orocobre is already a chemical products operator in contrast to the spodumene operators that are more your traditional miners.
