I promise I'm not trying to down-ramp, but they are irrelevant titles and quite a frankly a pretty irrelevant developer.

I'd be careful getting caught in the hype, "Partnerships" are not contracts or deals that promise anything. It's basically 2 business saying they agree to help each other where convenient. Please don't get caught putting your life savings into an announcement which is fairly immaterial.

Sorry to whoever this might upset, just trying to provide an alternative view to the inevitable hype that will follow.
