this earnings downgrade should come as no surpise.

BVA said they need to clear EBITDA of 23m for it to proceed. That immediately signaled downgrade to me.

AND the they are not sure that they will get that number as waiting on a number of deals to go through.

add to that merrills still own the stock....


I will buy back at sub 70c as i know this business is desirable.

otherwise dont touch it
