Exactly boylep... thats what the whole thing is about.. if we now get the patent beacause nulcleonics is dead then the share price will rocket... if it makes no differnce to the patent decision then benitec are no better off than where they were before nucleonics went bust.
Maybe Benitec are looking at all this at the present moment to see what legal implications all this has on the patent decision.
