So what your effectively saying is a lot of what is binding in a binding offtake is not actually binding?

And that by not locking yourself into a fixed price for 50% offtake in 1-2 years when production hits that the prices are definitely going to be bad despite global demand increasing, chinese supply decreasing and TON having a superior product and lots of it compared to your current example prices which were locked in years ago?
