They have already shown that they do not need other shareholders - since the D249 notice 21/3 no communication was had since and after their appointment - they had a supporting vote of 153M plus, most of it controlled by them and their other entities, There has been some buying and I would suspect that they have built onto their holdings.
There is no doubt they have a clear plan, but my gut feeling tells me that we shareholders are not part of this and in all probability DH will also not be part of their thinking.
We'' see, I I would not be surprised to see a buy-out for MTH and it being absorbed into another entity.
My hoping is that the SP goes up as I am deep in the red, but that is my problem
