Hey Bobmar,
I am now the wiser on how it works, but that being said, I am certainly not about to accept it. This will be my last post on the subject. I will save the remaining wind in this bag for writing letters to relevant parties and encourage others who think the same to do so also. If you think it wont make any difference, you may be pleasantly surprised on how persistant letter writing can see action taken.
