Well when the last announcement after the CR was a major shareholder selling 8% of their stake no wonder this is rerating on the downside. It was never worth the 300mill market cap let alone what it reached at near $2.
I did post a few months ago saying that after pay and zip pay models are completely different to split it so why people were doing the comparison is way beyond me.
My estimate is that the price may bounce slightly at 50c but will fall through to below 30c.
The company is still burning money and needing 10mill so close after an IPO of 30mil shows that they are unlikely to be profitable soon. Maybe in 5 years if they can keep their growth rate going. Until then who is really going to keep holding SPT shares? Or even buying them.
