The RC was an exercise for TV where photogenic young barristers got to grill usually much older people who were often just doing that they were told. The AMP CEO and board members took a hit as did the shareholders, whose fault lay in electing the board, who appointed the dud CEO.
Now all that is priced in but if it's a jury trial, or the judge is not above inducement to join a CA firm as a pre-retirement top-up it could be another round of pain. But on balance I think/hope the Italian CEO gets his bonus by restoring price to $5 range over next 3-5 years.
