Ok after a response from an engineer at ARR I have the following for you.
"Regarding Coherent, those Venom lasers sell for $3000 to $5000 and are about 10x the size of our lasers. They aren't even trying to break into our markets with those products so we do not consider them to be competition.
QPC is making lots of noise, but I haven't actually seen any working product from them yet and they say that they will start to ship their first lasers next month, so we'll have to see what they end up doing. We watch them closely, but I would say that they are not yet a major threat to us."
