The full year dividend is expected to be 6.3 cents according to the announcement (down from 8.4 cents last year). Considering the overall market conditons i expected a reduced dividend, and i dont think this result is to bad. At the current price of about 37.5 cents it looks cheap, and i expect the price should climb over the second half of the year.
