Doesn't matter what it is, you can't offset CGT losses against income taxes, whether it be Personal, Company, Trusts or anything else for that matter.
Ask your Accountant anyhow TTH, I'm sure they'll put you at ease and in the right direction.
Noticed COE was in the AFR today by the way but I think the financial info it had on it was wrong, it was saying it was going to be on a PE of 38 but surely that is wrong.
