I realise putting a SP of $0.42 out there is pretty ridiculous when we're sitting at $0.07, but I do like the KISS principle.
At the end of the day, every corporate transaction for a lithium deposit can be tied back to a price per tonne of contained lithium. This takes into account JORC figures for deposit size and grade. A discount/premium can then be applied depending on whether the project is in development or producing, capex/funding required, location, transport infrastructure, access to power, geopolitical risks etc.
Manono is a freak deposit. Lithium is the future (just like iron ore was from 10 years ago when everyone was saying Fortescue held a stranded world class deposit). Someone will want Manono, but at what price?
Personally, if someone gets it at $100 - 200 per tonne of contained lithium I would still think it's a ridiculously low price. That ridiculously low price makes our current ridiculously low share price look ridiculously low, if that makes sense.
The resource is that good.
