It was months ago that the company announced their change of plan in relation to the JORC release. If I can explain:

They originally intended to announce:
1] an INITIAL JORC
2] an INTERIM JORC
3] then the FINAL one

With the lab delays, a universal (non-company) problem, the INITIAL jorc was delayed some months, and as we know, the incomplete report wasfinally released end of Jan. Then to spend time on issuing a proper INTERIM, then more time on a FINAL one was shown to be a waste of time, money, and resources.

So it was that they announced that they would wait until ALL results were in to produce the FINAL jorc.

So while you say "it keeps getting put off" ... that is not really the case. The FINAL jorc was always going to be out around April 2008, so if it comes out in July, that will only end up being 3 months behind.

Not bad IMO, considering the massive problem we have had in getting out lab results from South Africa.

Whatever, remember though that all the other work continues to go ahead as regards the various studies etc, and drilling is firing away on two other deposits as well.

Hang in there ... this is the the time to keep patient
