Hmmm, at 1,201,248 shares issued to sophisticated investors. 30,000 allocation minimum, leaves us with about max of 40 takers on the offer. So I'm assuming they would be the majority of the top 20 holders then.
1515151 - $500,000 was the target,
757575 - $250,000 over subscriptions maybe allowed.
Anyone take it up ????
