MCO was on the market for a long time and there were no takers. They even put up with missed deadlines for payment from AUL(MNM) time and time again, which you normally would not put up with that crap unless there was absolutely no other interested parties, which of course there wasn't. The administrators found a Mark that was silly enough to blow a few million dollars of shareholder funds on this dud project.
When this finally falls over in a screaming heap don't blame current management, blame the bloke who used your $$ to buy it, that being Krum.
