Interesting information, from where did you get it from?
What you are saying is that under the share scheme per annum, CNP received an amount from its approx. 880 employees for shares that CNP entitled FOC. So the shares back in way back when were 8 dollars-ish and Centro has been receiving the monthly payments for those shares? So it is now going to have to pay back that amount to its employees? Please tell me if different..... Because that again is $M's deficit for CNP, if allowed to have on balance sheet.
Second point do director's long term inside trade?
Well from every company that I have seen, yes they do. They won't do it pre announcement thats for sure, for fear of the regulators. If they see forward looking positive's from the company then they will invest in the company as we as shareholder would. They haven't, we have.
