DB as pointed out by Pumpkin it all seems a little strange that something that should be very straight forward is delayed a few months and it just so aligned thereabouts with whats happeing on the PE front!.

Yes i know on HC we are prone to adding 2+2 and getting five but as pointed out for one cannot help but think its all down to legal ownership, approval and funding in that order- woudl any major bank lend/WB/IFC or similar such large sums until ownership is confirmed the answer is no the dd boxes will not get ticked so whilst we might be clutching at straws and making the timeline fit one has to think we may actually be correct on this one.

One issue that is not FAR's is COP may not really be bothered one way or another as they are out of the equation but may want to delay and hope it all goes away as they may/maynot be open to paying some $ to WLP - time will tell.

So heres to hoping the summer goes quickly.
