Nth Korea is still behaving as if the Cold War era never went away .. ultimately they must trust outsiders , including their neighbours and Sth Korea /US more ,for there to be progress and movement forwards ? I’m definitely Not saying that this sounds good in any way ! ..
but in essence this is very true .
And then lift their humanitarian standards , about which they currently absolutely seem to have no idea of national acceptable standards .

(Yesterday? , or the day before - all Nth Korean delegation representatives who were sent officially to represent North Korean side in negotiations with the United States , in the US - did not return back to North Korea with agreements as desired by the Heads of North Korea . It was ordered , and occurred - the innocent men , were executed on arrival back home not long after arrival , still at the airfield where landed , as soon as back on North Korean soil . This sounds like the 1960s and 1970s horrors , past dictatorships )
