thank goodness for the farm-in, after drilling started, I recall 1/2 share of costs. saving of 1.7mil. can be used on the next well. with the dramatic rise in oil and considering that PSA last year bought about 5 producing wells it would seem that deal will also be much money in the bank (depending on forward selling price etc.) Cotninue to hold.
