^ Of course all these questions would not be necessary if all shareholders were privy to the decision making of the BOD and the company (say via presentation of the minutes) when it comes to such matters. Unfortunately RI's are not privy. That is why they rely on accurate statements and presentations from management (such as at the AGM in discussion) - in order to make the best judgement (in a timely manner) on what to do with their future investments.

The more time RI's have and the more accurate the information, the better chance RI's have to make appropriate choices when/should the company trade again on our public exchange.
