I have e-mailed MXC for an update and it will be interesting to see if I get a meaningful answer. As per your post, these legal proceedings can take some time. In this case, maybe a bit more of a clearer picture so, hopefully, limited delays. We don't know yet when the actual case will start - it has been lodged but could take months before the actual hearing begins.
