And yet Anks, in this post

you said
" fbr also found out to lay more efficient with less waste and this due to a new block design so they ditched the wienerberger block and brickworks made a custom block plus we now have a jv with brickworks."
See in your quote you said "brickworks made a custom block"
No Brickworks didn't, and despite all your screen snips and highlighting you still cannot find a FBR announcement saying that Brickworks did help FBR develop FWS in 2018.
Yes FBR now have a JV with Brickworks.
But no where does it say that Brickworks assisted FBR to design or develop a custom block during the time period from the Caversham build to before the JV was announced.
Did FBR decide after Caversham that the WB Clay blocks were not going to be suitable for the HX?
Obviously it appears (to me) FBR decided this and failed to tell share holders that was the reason when FBR released news about FWS.
So now we are hearing that WB want to be in the game too, like Brickworks is, but WB need to develop a brand new HX suitable Clay block of a type that they are not currently selling in Europe (if they were selling it, then no need to develop it right).
One of the goals of the JV with Brickworks is to develop yet another block that is suitable.....huh, what is wrong with FWS?
Why cant Brickworks simply make the FWS blocks designed by FBR in 2018?
All this leads to the observation that FBR believes that the HX can only construct walls profitably (compared to manual bricklayers) when the block is 100% perfect to FBR design spec of the HX.
You said earlier that the FBR focus and priority should be to get 10 houses built.
But if that is the priority why in 2019, 4 years after the IPO, does the JV with Brickworks still talk about developing more blocks.
Why to prove that the HX can build commercially the 10 houses, can that not be done with any of the thousands of different brick/block types already available?
I mean for those 10 houses it doesn't matter if it takes 1 day or 3 days to build the walls of each house.
I strongly doubt any share holder would even care if it took 5 days to build the walls of each house.
There is simply no reason to have the HX running at max speed to build the houses. Only max accuracy is required.
