Yes that just happened with VOC which I used to own and am in the class action through Slater and Gorden. Nothing happened to the share price initially but then skyrocketed on the news of a takeover deal about a week after. As a result I'm Out. Class actions don't always send the share price down just look at the banks. SBM downgrade all priced in IMO.
