It would be interesting to find out exactly how many brokers are failing to deliver and on what qty's of stock.

If it is true that short selling is responsible for a large part of the SP decline, I would suggest that those responsible have quite deep pockets at the moment...

Getting this information would make it possible to guesstimate when crunch time for the short sellers is likely to happen.
