The $2.5 mil was part of the original agreement and not part of the agreement that became fact in January. So, there won't be any loan repayment BL. Nor was there a down payment of one million.
Essentially, MXC got a supply agreement (with an upfront payment of C$500k and 10% share in Cannaglobal (the valuation of which is in the vicinity of $9-12mil depending on how that was valued).
