IMHO, Mali Lithium will progress as per normal, as far as I am concern KOD need Mali Lithium to succeed more than Mali Lithium needing anything KOD has to offer.
i.e. - we have progressed a lot further, why would we merge when we can go about already on our own... - we still have the remaining 80% of our tenement that is undiscovered - all our resources has been shallow and who knows could be a more abundant system deeper we go - KOD currently has a lot more operational expenditure to progress their projects - KOD is at a different stage of the mining lifecycle compared to Mali Lithium - Maybe if KOD get their ESIA (in progress), PFS, Exploitation licence but from what I hear you guys are spending more money to explore the acquired tenements - Mali Lithium focus is derisking and progressing the existing project and to develop it once we have cashflow from mining we will then reinvest to on exploring the rest but right now we are trying to speed to market with the lowest amount of cash burn possible
Different goals clearly between the two companies
