Be interesting to hear the pitch to the investors and how likely they see sales in the near term.
They are trying to do this CR quick so if sales around the corner far easier. in way it is good they don't drag this out and get on with the business of sales and production of the units. (and selling woundvue)

On the other hand it will be disappointing that they have not gone to SPP and shared the coming fortunes (ie SP rise following some sales) with their existing shareholder base.

have been on a couple of penny stocks lately that have done a CR and have bucked the trend and the SP has actually gone up as good news announced shorty thereafter. (companies with integrity)

$5M is not a huge amount and the dilution at 14.5cents is not massive and I imagine is calculated to get them through to break even (for the second time I know!). or to get them through to enough sales to appoint distributors and the to be a firm take over target.

if their next sales are not far away this will only go up and sub 20c a thing of the past.
