Yes we get $1 from Govt for $1 spent but the real questions that should and need to be asked are:

Does the Singaporean company have a part ownership of the prototype?
What rights do they have in the Trade mark developments now?
Is there a business JV deal being done to allow the project to go forward due to the dependence on their technology?
What business relationship will there be now in promotion and sales... and the list goes on.

These are just a few questions that come to my mind now that we have a proof of concept and prototype that works.

Will it remain 100% KKL?

What was the agreement to bring the Singaporean company in on Certain ID?
Were they just to provide biometric authentication … as a service?

I think they would want more now that a positive has been achieved...

Just putting it out there... any thoughts?
