Monday is the 23rd June. it takes a "minimum" of 13 weeks from SEC filing to list on NASDAQ.
Given 3rd qtr starts on Oct 1, we have 13 weeks.
To be listed according to the announcement "by 3rd qtr" is now impossible.
Let this be the decider as to who does their research and who ramps ridiculously (only time will tell)
