If in deed there is no risk of losing the deposit and "no timescale"risk then this should be supported in documentation and should of been disclosed to market(especially with being in suspension for so long)

Why dont we see how transparent JB really is......

I dont use Twitter(i read only)Why doesn't someone ask the question to JB on Twitter and if its not PSensitive JB should answer loud and clear for ALL to read and get the answers, if he avoids the question or says he cannot answer because it is PSensitive then we will ALL know theres a problem in this question.

If he can answer the question by private call he can certainly answer then by Twitter...
