bhp,renewed assault on 1218 optionsrem,kman,gse,am Solid close on the NYSE last night pretty well implied rise in BHP to-day.However to-morrow will be critical as BHP needs to close the gap @1218 created back on 07/01 and I suspect BHP won't have the strength to get there to-day.
Still bouncing along the top of the 20 day BB,and the share price is holding above 5/15/30 day EMA,MACD negative but turning up.Technically this should mean it still has some rise left in it,but for how long ?.
Still holding 1250 Febr short and 1250 March long option position(is this still called a bull spread or a neutral bull spread,anybody??)
Will go naked by selling 1250 March should BHP go to 1225-1240 in the next 4/5 days as expiry Febr close.If over 1250 by expiry roll 1250 Febr to 1300 March for tiny profit.
Got out of similar position with 1200 Febr/March call positions at a reasonable profit.
Comments please.
