Hi guys,
There are two young generations, X and Y. X(late 20's or early 30's) works hard (too hard) and Y(early 20's) doesn't work hard and looking for paths to get rich quickly.
Other thing is, Oz born kids haven't realized that they live in a fortunate land with full of opportunities. But most migrant kids see the opportunities around.
