Not only have you not been following the thread closely, you have not paid any attention to all the discussion that was going on since the Corby's arrest.
Yes there is plenty of pot in Bali but it is low grade stuff that might make you feel a little heady but that's about it. What is bought in illegally is apparently the hydroponic grown stuff that is very much more potent than the locally supplied stuff.
I use to be of the mind that dope was relatively harmless but certainly not now. Particularly after one of my children now has schizophrenia probably from smoking dope like people normally smoke cigarettes.
