i think management will get hammered at the AGM> But to be fair, how much of the short term decline in share price is management's fault. I think alot of pressure selling by small retail investors looking for end of year tax effect and all margin loan financing (from memory earlier this year equity margins had DEX on its approaved list, when i checked for June, it was no longer there!!!
Also alot of smaller listed companies dont give excessive market updates, their PR department is too small.
The key in times of market fear is to forget about the market price. Pretent you are looking at buying this company as if it was a private company. What sought of price range would you be looking at, then divide that price by the no of shares on offer and that should be your max buy in point.
