Finally got a response from ASIC regarding my report of misconduct.

Wehave made inquiries about your concerns, including analysing our internalconfidential databases and liaising with the ASX, to determine whether theinformation available to ASIC provides evidence of misconduct.

ASIC has looked at the alleged misconduct and theinformation you provided. We conducted our own inquiries to obtain additionalinformation necessary to complete our assessment. We weighed the obligationsunder law against the evidence available, and have determined that we will nottake action.

ASIC’sdecision not to take action does not preclude your right to take privateaction. You may consider obtaining private legal advice regarding the issue andsetting up a companyalert to track any changes made to the company or to check which documentsare lodged.
