I hope KB takes as much time as is required to get a deal that both parties are happy with. Negotiation is an art I am comfortable to leave to a very experienced board.
Seems the impatience of some holders blinds them to the real possibilities of a terrific outcome. More sellers regret on the way for some I assume.
