Agree. They are taking a big risk with $7m paid upfront. Yes debt is cheaper. If you can get it. Which we would not be able to, at this stage with no approvals or finance in place. There is a price to pay in this highly risky and speculative sector for money. And its often a gonad. I would like to see the terms to see if it is limited to the first 15mt of production and not forever.
In saying that the fines will pay for this and more.
