I believe absolutely that the fractured hot rocks energy production system will over a thirty year period become the main baseload power generation system in Australia. In this same time frame we will also see industries requiring significant quantities of process heat relocating to hot rock areas.

There will also be a concurrent improvement in the technology of equipment specifically designed for deep hot rock drilling. The cost of the holes is the major component of HR power generation so any improvement in drilling rates can only hasten the impact of this neww power generation system.
