It's not really my assessment, rather what management has stated in the announcement. If they are lying then they will ultimately open themselves to litigation as well.

Bear in mind that in agriculture things can go wrong for protracted lengths of time but the good news in my experience on the land is that things can turn for the better unannounced in quick time as well.
