Its not about proving your innocence.....it SHOULD be about the courts proving your guilt.

Unfortunately the indo court system is a shambles.

They haven't proven anything have they?

All they have proved is that when the boogie board bag was opened it had a large plastic bag full of dope in it.

That doesnt prove she put it there.

And I agree it also doesn't prove baggage handlers had anything to do with it......which I have never actually said they had.

A family member or members that have previous convictions/or rumoured association with drugs again is speculative at best.

The lawyer has come out and said the baggae handler scenario was made up.

He said it was, but again without being able to prove your innocence through fingerprints, CCTV, weight of bags, etc etc I would think that I would also have my solictor come up with alternative reasons as to why MAYBE tyhe drugs are in my bag.

And common sense would lead u to either a baggage handler, security officer, Balinese official worker COULD have put it into the bag.

She is only more guilty if u like becuase its in her bag.

Again im happy to say she is guilty if I can see some proof.

yes some people get through with drugs and maybe she did maybe she didnt........again where are the tapes to prove either way?

"Warnie - are you sure Customs/Security (dogs, xray) are looking for drugs LEAVING Australia?"

Yes im sure wonderfunk........I have a relative who is employed at the Sydney airport as a dog handler and they work the line of baggage heading overseas and incoming luggage and passangers.

At this stage maybe she is covering for someone else or maybe she really has nothing to do with it.

Hopefully the doco will give us some further insight.
