MNW's core business had recurring revenues for the whole March quarter of $749k and this was only an increase of approx $200k from the previous quarter. MNW are reporting revenue not gross profit, so the numbers will be lower again once COGS are removed.

ISX's MSF margins are far better.

MNW is carrying $7.5mil in debt.

I could go on in a lot more detail but don't see the point.

finally someone else on this thread that knows what the are talking about. although mint is also a terminal device manufacturer and reseller. once merchant choice routing hits the online space mint's travel business margins will crumble
