You are right in your legal stance...and in australia....she may have been let off.
But I am confused why you are trying to argue Corby may be innocent when Corby is not in this country and is being tried under another countries system.
It is obvious to us all that in australia she might do 18 months and get a slap on the wrist....but do you keep reminding yourself she is in indonesia who consider drugs a killer of their youth?
