Any ideas on why it's so low?
87% is pretty low for a SAAS company.
It means they are far more reliant on new customers than existing customers.
Why are so many customers leaving, and why can't they get their existing customers to spend more?
I'd appreciate any feedback.
Other than this metric, looks like a great company.
