You have to love some of the stories they come up with though. The one about the conspiracy theory that there was no contract between MXC and VC is an oldie but seems it still has life.
Guess that beggars the question how the London arbitration court would list a case for breach of contract if no contract actually existed - would have been the first document placed before the court.
