Hi BB...yes I have been to Bali a few times.

And yes I understand she is guilty under the Indo laws.

However I strongly disagree with their laws, its my personal view.

I think I have been offered more drugs when holidaying in Bali than any other place on earth.....and ive been to many places.......so I guess they try hard to keep drugs out....not.

What they don't like is foreigners making cash from an industry where the Government are bribed to bring it in from the borders...along with all the other more potent drugs.

Im not having a go at the Balinese people.... so please don't take it that way....I have several Balinese friends and I enjoy holidaying there.

"They believe pot is a killer substance"

Have u been there? who thinks that?

On one trip......I spent a week in a Balinese Hindu type mosque ...... and the leaders spent 3/4's of the day praying and the other 1/4 sucking on the end of some abstract water bong....no-one seemed to worried about it killing them.

Kuta is full of young drug runners and any drug is easily accessible if wanted.

Marijuana being trafficked through their airports is the least of the govs worries..... if drugs was of concern to them...which it isnt.

The only issue they have is the foreign drugs cuts into their own profit and reduces the price on the street.

    Simple as that.

But yes it is their system and its just the way it is over there, however doesn't make it right.

Lastly...as I said before ...if she is guilty she should get the time for the crime.......I just don't think she put it there.
